Brazos Construction was started in 2005 by Tyler Martin.  Mr. Martin has been in the building industry for over seven years with four of those years as a co-owner of the residential construction company Martin-Collins, Ltd.  After numerous successful projects with Martin-Collins, he decided to branch off a company dealing with energy efficient systems as well as alternative building systems.

Brazos Construction is an Energy Star partner and builds the most energy efficient homes in the area.  Using high tech systems such as insulating concrete forms (ICF), spray foam sealed attics, tankless water heaters, energy efficient windows and HVAC systems, Brazos Construction has developed the highest performing energy efficient homes possible.

 The ICF  method of building is superior to conventional wood framed houses in virtually every way possible.  It is stronger, safer, faster and easier to build with.  It can withstand 200+ mph winds and offers an unheard of 4 hour fire rating.  It is also highly mold resistant and offers an extremely energy efficient R50 wall.

Mr. Martin continues to build with Martin-Collins while striving to make Brazos Construction a cutting edge residential and commercial builder.
